"I have been with State Farm for about 9 years now Scott and his team are always so helpful, they really know how to save you some money with also giving you the best customer service and insurance, they advise things but will never force or trick you into anything you don’t feel comfortable with. They always explain things throughly and dive deep into your data and information to really understand your needs and questions so they are able to deliver those answers to you. Scott has even worked passed office hours just to review things and finish stuff up for his clients and provide an update to you, which is something I very much appreciate, this happened to me a couple of times with them and I always can’t thank them enough. Tiffany is so great with updates and just talking in general she is very positive and helpful she is always trying to find a solution just like Scott does and if they don’t have an answer right away they will most definitely get you one, I never have issues with my road side assistance when I need it and I use to use it often before, and only one time it was over the miles that they pick up for but it was only 10 dollars out of pocket for them to come tow my car back home which is a great price. You can’t go wrong with state farm it’s worth sticking around they don’t take advantage and are loyal to their clients."
